I am very disappointed by the Yogventures situation. I did not “donate”. I bought early access/Pre-Ordered it after the Kickstarter was well over. My reciept labels the purchase as “Yogventures Pre-Order”.
I am, however, hopeful in light of the effort to try to rectify things by the Yogscast.
Its a terrible situation- there’s no refund possibility. Winterkewl is bankrupt- they were the ones who received all the donations and pre-order cash. You can’t get blood from a stone. My cash is _gone_. To ask the Yogscast for a refund when they didn’t take the money or have a hand in the project isn’t fair or just.
Sorry to hear you’re disappointed, we’re all pretty knackered and disappointed ourselves about the whole thing - although I know that doesn’t begin to make up for the fact that Yogventures and your cash are no more.
I’m going to take this moment to post a general message for Yogventures backers, as well as address some of your worries:
Buying early access should still count as a pre-order and you should have received - or will receive in the next few days - a Steam code for TUG. This should include anyone that bought Yogventures, regardless of when. If it doesn’t turn up by Wednesday, let us know and I can find out what’s happening.
We’re also looking into providing equivalent (or better) physical and in-game rewards for Kickstarter people. Think how the Humble Bundle worked, with constant additions of in-game items and exclusives for other games, plus game keys - that’s what we can hopefully provide alongside TUG keys and physical items to make up for no Yogventures.
Physical rewards should have all been shipped, contact us if you haven’t had them. We have many of the art assets and such from Yogventures, so you may see a crossover there of some old rewards into TUG.
More information to follow as we sort these rewards out.

Please bear in mind that we are getting a truckload of emails, so it may take around 48 hours to get you an answer, especially if we need to chase up missing keys or physical items.
Also bear in mind our admin guys do have weekends off so they can be with family and friends, so emails may go unanswered at that time.
If you are still waiting for an answer after a week, then hit me up and I’ll see what’s going on.
